Software Subscription (Mentora Cortex)

The following cancellation terms apply to Mentora Cortex software subscriptions:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then.
• No charge is applied if cancelled within the first 14 days (trial period).
• No refund is issued for cancellations after the 14-day trial period.

Hardware Products (Mentora EEG Headband)

• You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.
• A full refund is issued for undamaged and complete returns.
• Return shipping costs are covered by Mentora.
• Defects covered under the 2-year manufacturer warranty are repaired or replaced free of charge.
