We're a compact, interdisciplinary team — hardware, signal processing, software, and clinical psychology working side by side. Every decision is grounded in real feedback from the field: we test with pilot clinics, learn, and shape the product accordingly. No one works in isolation — a hardware issue informs a software decision; a clinical observation shapes an analysis method.

We develop the Mentora Cortex EEG headband, our signal processing algorithms, and our entire software stack from scratch, in-house. Along the way we've received support from TÜBİTAK, Teknogirişim, and KOSGEB, and hold a TÜBİTAK Excellence Seal. Our team includes PhDs in brain-computer interfaces, AI, and IoT, alongside electronics engineers and clinical psychologists — turning research into product, and product into real clinical value.
